You dont get a discount on the creatures you recast so this isnt a reanimation commander, but it exploits cheap threats like Inti, Seneschal of the Sun and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker for a grindy midrange strategy
How many players run enough basic lands in Commander these days for this to be worth it

We went with good stats based on the low mana cost, but decided that, to make the cards fun to play , their power would generally come from the card-specific rules, which means the game effect the cards have beyond their stats
Spells and abilities that were targeting that permanent and Auras and Equipment that were attached to that permanent arent affected unless the new characteristics of the object change the legality of those targets or attachments
Technically, there's also Morophon, the Boundless, a five-color legend that could be run as the commander of the precon
